! [Windows Vista compatibility] Software was not compliant with the UAC _(U)ser (A)ccont (C)ontrol_ standards now being enforced in Windows Vista Beta 2 and would not run after install without being given Adminstrator access.

! [Windows Vista security] Automatic settings backup replaced with manual "Back Up Program Settings" function under "Extras" in the main menu.

! [Windows Vista compatibility] All user files including downloaded updates and backup settings file are now stored in the Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\METARs Downloader directory in Windows 98 - XP/2003. Files are stored in Program Data\METARs Downloader in Windows Vista Beta 2.

! [Windows Vista compatibility] Program settings no longer stored in the Registry under HKLM, this version updates previous installations on all Windows platforms to conform with UAC _(U)ser (A)ccont (C)ontrol_ standards in Windows Vista Beta 2.
