+ Can display multiple charts on desktop.

+ Can display NDBC Bouy Data browser without locking main window.

+ Trial period now set at 15 days

+ Updated help

+ Removed gdiplus.dll from setup file, it is installed on the system by .NET Framework

! Would not run on Some Windows NT & Windows 2000 Server systems
